WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you seeking an exciting challenge with extensive opportunities for shaping and excellent development prospects? Then you are exactly right with us! As an IPS Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of the Integrated Product Support project, as well as the optimisation of all support measures (maintenance, spare parts, documentation) for complex military products.

Your tasks include in particular:

  • Advising and supporting sales in the area of Integrated Product Support as well as project management in Customer Service, including on-site at the customer
  • Creation and development of strategic and operational product support concepts
  • Planning and control of the IPS subproject within the overall project as well as management and monitoring of contract-compliant implementation
  • Ensuring and monitoring the contract-compliant delivery of IPS deliverables
  • Management and monitoring of the deployment of subcontractors
  • Technical leadership and supervision of IPS engineers within the matrix organisation

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field with further education as an industrial engineer (FH) or another relevant qualification
  • Professional experience as an IPS Manager with proven project success
  • Knowledge in sales desirable
  • Knowledge of standards in the IPS environment, such as ASD S Series
  • High personal responsibility, initiative, and commitment as well as a structured, independent working style with a pronounced networked way of thinking
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness for occasional travel
  • Strong social and multicultural competence
  • Experience in the military environment desirable
