About the job
Located in Bulle (French-speaking Swiss Romandy), close to the town centre, surrounding countryside and forest, we are recruiting:
An experienced AMI 6-12 years French-speaking teacher for the August 2026 start
Our school, opened in 2017, currently has three classes:
a Children’s House, about twenty children
two primary environments (6-9 years, opened in 2021; 18 children) and 9-12 years: opened in 2025, 12 children)
We are committed to offering a pleasant environment for our educators, with regular ongoing training, spacious, bright and fully equipped classrooms.
Our classrooms are perfectly arranged in the Montessori spirit, our playground is green, pleasant and adjacent to the classes. Our parents are involved and convinced by the pedagogy.
Our entire team is AMI trained and highly experienced.
Our educational offer includes exchanges with the elderly residents of the intergenerational neighbourhood in which we are located and an advanced introduction to English. We also care about parent education and regularly offer pedagogical lectures.
Your profile: Recognised Montessori diploma (AMI, NAMTA…)
French mother tongue, mastery of oral and written communication, fluent English is a plus
Experience in primary class required, or in 3-6 years class
Swiss nationality or European citizen
Flexible and inventive, autonomous in work
Knowledge of the Romand Curriculum Plan is a plus
