Do you want to actively shape the financial management of a department and contribute to the company’s success? As a Finance Business Partner, you are a sparring partner for management and the central contact person for financial matters. You create transparency and develop well-founded decision-making bases for effective financial control.

What you achieve

• You are responsible for the financial management and support of the General Directorate department including group procurement
• You manage planning, budgeting, forecasts and performance reviews and ensure transparency about value drivers, opportunities, risks and target deviations
• You lead business cases, strategic initiatives and projects from a financial perspective and develop well-founded financial evaluations and decision-making bases
• You act as a sparring partner for the department and directorate management as well as relevant stakeholders
• You help shape the financial control capability of group procurement, evaluate procurement strategies and monitor the effectiveness of savings initiatives

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field of study: with a focus on controlling
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a comparable role in a complex corporate environment, preferably with reference to group-wide procurement topics
• Proven success in the financial support of strategic initiatives, business cases and cross-departmental initiatives
• Strong ability to analyse financial value drivers and derive well-founded decision-making bases as well as effective recommendations for action for management
• Persuasiveness, reliability and assertiveness in the challenging tension field of different interests
• High communication and consulting competence as well as the ability to present complex financial matters clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• German (B2)
• English (A2)
