Job Description
- Development of printed circuit board layouts (PCB) for a broad range of customers and technologies, taking into account electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements
- Conducting layout reviews to ensure quality and manufacturability
- Supporting interdisciplinary development teams with in-depth PCB expertise
- Building, maintaining, and further developing layout libraries as well as defining design guidelines
Qualifications
- Completed training or degree in electronics and solid knowledge of ECAD tools (e.g. Altium Designer)
- Several years of experience in the development and industrialisation of complex PCB layouts (e.g. HDI, Micro-/Buried-Vias, Rigid-Flex, power electronics)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or engineering environment
- Structured, precise working style and strong technical understanding
- Teamwork skills and strong communication in collaboration with development and manufacturing teams
