Beldona AG places great importance on promoting young talent and vocational training. We offer apprenticeships as Retail Specialist EFZ in various branches. There is also the possibility to complete the basic education with a commercial vocational baccalaureate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During your training, you will learn everything about the world of lingerie, swimwear, as well as day and nightwear. You will build comprehensive expertise and simultaneously develop your social and personal skills. In addition, you will be trained to professionally advise demanding customers and gain exciting insights into sales and the operations of a retail business.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are not shy about approaching people - even strangers - and can inspire with your open and convincing manner
• You are motivated and eager to keep learning
• You enjoy sales and have an interest in high-quality and exclusive products
• You have a secondary school or intermediate school leaving certificate and good school grades
• A neat appearance, impeccable manners and a positive demeanour are natural for you
• You are reliable, take responsibility and enjoy working in a team
• You have very good German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Evening and Saturday work are not a problem for you
