Health Professional – Spitex 40-80% - Monthly Salary or Hourly Wage

• You support our clients with basic care and professional treatment care according to individual needs
• You care for and support our clients in everyday life, e.g., you accompany joint shopping trips or prepare meals
• You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently
• You are in close exchange with case management and actively participate in the care process

• You have training as a health professional
• You are characterized by your responsible and quality-conscious work
• You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
• Preferably, you bring professional experience in the Spitex sector
• Resident in the region and driving license category B
