Team Leader Goods Outbound Logistics (m/f) 100 %

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the team in goods outbound
• Ensuring timely and error-free picking and loading
• Planning, control and monitoring of all goods outbound processes
• Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and process standards
• Optimising workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
• Responsibility for the deployment and shift planning of employees
• Analysis of key figures and initiation of appropriate improvement measures
• Support with inventories and stock controls

Your qualities

• Completed training in logistics
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse or shipping logistics
• Initial leadership experience an advantage
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP applications
• Organisational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• High social competence, assertiveness and communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
