FIPE AG is an internationally active Swiss company in the technical-industrial sector. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a reliable and skilled individual who enjoys precise and high-quality work.

In this versatile role, you will process our production orders from the provision of components through manufacturing and assembly to quality control and shipping preparation. You will play a key role in ensuring that our fittings are produced carefully, to quality standards, and on schedule.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of production orders as well as provision of the required parts and components
• Carrying out manufacturing and assembly work according to work instructions
• Performing quality checks according to specified testing guidelines and reporting deviations promptly
• Packing the manufactured fittings and preparing shipments for dispatch
• Supporting shipping processes
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace and careful handling of tools and materials
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field or equivalent practical experience in production or assembly of mechanical assemblies
• Good technical understanding and pronounced manual skills
• Experience in handling work instructions and quality requirements
• Independent, structured and careful working style
• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
