Real Estate Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Role:
An established company in the real estate and services sector manages a variety of properties and supports clients with various questions regarding their operation and administration. Service-oriented collaboration, professional processes, and long-term solutions are central. Employees can expect a varied field of activity with diverse professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You will take on varied administrative tasks related to property management.
You will assist in communication and handling of various concerns between tenants, owners, and external partners.
You will coordinate maintenance and organisational work and ensure reliable follow-up.
You will help prepare and accompany move-ins and move-outs as well as other changes within tenancy agreements.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training and ideally have some initial experience in the real estate environment.
A structured and reliable working style characterises you as well as your initiative.
You enjoy working with different contacts and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
Fluent written and spoken German.
