Your Tasks
- Processing payroll accounting, social security and withholding tax statements
- Control and plausibility check of the time recording in Polypoint PEP
- Maintenance of personnel master data (including mutations) and digital personnel files
- Consulting and support of employees on HR-related topics
- Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- Participation in various HR projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as HR further education
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- High degree of teamwork and social competence
- Independent working style, high quality awareness at work as well as stress resistance and trustworthiness
- Confident German as well as very good IT skills (ideally Polypoint PEP)
