At the Baar Care Centre, the person is at the centre. As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional expertise, respect and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialised geriatric departments, two protected dementia departments, and the Atrium – a unique offer for young adults.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA.
• Empathy as well as a respectful and appreciative approach to residents.
• Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally.
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a committed and motivated team.
• A high awareness of the autonomy and well-being of residents as a central attitude in everyday life.
• German language skills at least at level B2
