Our Accounting & Controlling department forms the backbone of OBT and ensures that we can support our employees with smooth processes and digital workflows. We want to further expand our team at the St. Gallen location and are looking for you as a dynamic reinforcement. Specialist in Accounting & Controlling (a) 70-100%.
Specialist in Accounting & Controlling (a)
Your Tasks
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Independently managing the accounting of smaller group companies
- Assisting with consolidation and group financial statements (responsible for intercompany invoicing and reconciliations)
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Participation in projects to further develop accounting and controlling (including ERP topics)
- Liquidation planning for the OBT group
- Support in internal projects in direct collaboration with the CFO
- Assistance with payroll processing / preliminary payroll recording (deputy)
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration (University / University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on Finance and Accounting / Controlling or a professional certificate in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in accounting and controlling
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
