Working hours: 80% – 100%

• Supporting the team leader in organisation, duty planning and team management
• Active participation in care – close to residents and the team
• Shaping processes and quality standards
• Contact person for colleagues, residents and relatives
• Representing the team leader during absences
• Promoting a positive, appreciative team climate

• Completed training as a qualified nurse or health professional
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and motivating people
