Marketing Manager (80-100%)
Zurich |up to 40% home office possible | Reference 8009
This role includes marketing responsibility for eBill (including eBill Direct Debit) at the interface between banks, large billers and financial institutions. It involves the development and implementation of integrated B2B and B2C marketing activities along the entire customer funnel as well as ensuring consistent positioning across all relevant channels.
This includes close collaboration with product management, business development and IT as well as managing communication for the decommissioning of LSV in 2028, including coordinating relevant stakeholders and appropriate measures.
These are your tasks
- Planning and implementation of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for eBill
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (product management, business development, IT) as well as external agencies
- Creation and management of content across all relevant channels (website, social media, campaigns, newsletters)
- Supporting customers with marketing activities (B2B2C), both digital and traditional (direct mailing, flyers, etc.)
- Measuring, analysing and optimising campaign performance based on clear KPIs and ROI targets
- Organising webinars and events as well as creating presentations and marketing concepts
- Conceptualising and developing advertising materials, online content and communication assets (press releases, blog articles, advertisements, etc.)
- Managing organic and paid social media activities
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable field (social or humanities sciences)
- Experience in marketing, ideally in an agency, financial environment or technology company
- Broad understanding of the entire marketing mix and application of OKRs
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong conceptual and editorial skills in German (native language) as well as very good English skills
- Curiosity, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, proactivity and resilience in a dynamic and demanding environment
