On behalf of our renowned client, we are looking for an Assembly Team Leader 100% (m/f/d) for the Brugg region, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for agreed workflows and processes
• Technical as well as personnel leadership of a team
• Handling production orders
• Final piece inspections as well as intermediate checks during ongoing production
• Resource planning as well as creating and executing holiday and deputy schedules
• Carrying out maintenance of tools and fixtures
• Cross-team collaboration with other departments

Personal Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or proven many years of experience as an assembly leader
• Several years of leadership experience
• Experience in assembly technology (riveting, screwing and sealing)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German speaker
• High quality awareness as well as team spirit and leadership personality
• Strong commitment and positive demeanour
• Reliable and precise working style
