About the job
Our goods provision department is responsible for order picking, internal transport, and goods outgoing. For the goods outgoing, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual as Head of Goods Outgoing. In this role, you report directly to the Head of Goods Provision and belong to the lower management. You work weekly alternating shifts in two shifts (early: 06:00 – 15:00 and late: 16:00 – 01:00).Head of Goods Outgoing w/m/d
These tasks will inspire you
- Organisational, professional and personnel management of one team leader and ten employees
- Active assistance in the operational daily business
- Ensuring flawless and timely goods provision of customer orders while complying with all safety regulations
- Responsible for efficient and smooth goods outgoing
- Controlling, implementing and monitoring work processes
- Monitoring performance targets, work quality, order and cleanliness
- Participation in projects
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Higher professional education (FA, diploma) in logistics is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics as well as leadership experience
- High self- and social competence, team player, resilient and flexible as well as assertive and decisive personality
- Good German skills as well as very good MS Office skills

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and renovations, and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking.
