About the job
The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organisation that implements education and labour integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.
The motivation semester (SEMO) "The Vocational Company" supports and accompanies young people with job coaching, school lessons, and practical employment on their way to vocational training. We are a dynamic team and accompany our maximum of 40 young people in their search for an apprenticeship.
From 1 July 2026, we are looking for an interim:
Period: July to October 2026 (with option to extend)
Location: Heerbrugg
We are looking for a flexible and empathetic personality who, during a period of absence of two employees, stabilises two key areas – preparation for vocational school and/or job coaching. You bridge the gap between knowledge transfer and professional integration.
