The KVA Linth is a thermal recovery plant with a high environmental protection standard. We produce electricity for 16,000 households from waste, use the heat generated during thermal waste treatment for our district heating network, and return metals to the material cycle.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed

Technical Employee (m/f/d) in Flue Gas / Wastewater Treatment and Fly Ash Washing 100%

Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of flue gas and wastewater treatment as well as fly ash washing
• Carrying out control and maintenance work
• Sampling and simple analyses
• Participation in optimisations and technical improvements of the plants
• Documentation of operating data
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (such as electrical or mechanical maintenance)

Requirements

• Completed technical or manual training
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Good grasp and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
• Experience in process engineering environment desirable (e.g. waste incineration plant, cement plant, chemical or similar)
• Independent and reliable working method
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Fluent command of the German language, both spoken and written
