- Active support of end customers, dealers, and assigned leads through intensive processing and expansion of the market
- Leadership and further development of the sales team with 5 employees
- Creation of budgets and control of measures for sales promotion, training, marketing activities, and medium-term planning
- Development of own ideas and strategies for supporting the region
- Close cooperation with the marketing, applications, and service teams on various issues
What do you bring with you?
- Scientific background (chemistry/pharmacy/food) at university, university of applied sciences level, or chemical laboratory technician with appropriate qualifications
- Market knowledge in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food analytics
- Proven experience in sales leadership
- Motivated, very customer-oriented, inspiring, and dynamic personality with a high awareness of quality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage
