• Building, maintaining and further developing the digitalisation portfolio including evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives
• Support with business cases, benefit assessments and preparation of decision-making bases for management and executive board
• Further development of processes and methods for digital product development as well as promotion of agile working methods
• Coordination and collaboration with departments, IT and other stakeholders for the successful implementation of digital initiatives
• Creation of portfolio and status reports as well as ensuring transparent reporting on progress, benefits, risks and relevant KPIs

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in project, product or portfolio management as well as in managing digitalisation initiatives
• Good knowledge of agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab as well as automation solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment is an advantage
• Experience in engineering or industrial environment is an advantage
