Real Estate Asset Manager (m/f) 60-80%

We are looking for a committed and experienced individual who will take responsibility for their own sub-portfolio on the owner side and actively manage and further develop it together with our external property management partners.

Our Company

The Arthur Waser Group (AWG) is a small, entrepreneurially driven real estate company with a demanding portfolio characterised by a strong presence in the commercial and office sector and represented at various Swiss locations.

For our small real estate team based in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager. After an induction period, you will independently take over your own sub-portfolio and represent the interests of the ownership.

Responsibilities

• Management, leadership and optimisation of your own sub-portfolio in close cooperation with our property management companies
• Representation of the owners’ interests vis-à-vis the property managers, tenants, authorities and other service providers
• Organisation and leadership of regular coordination meetings with the administrations including the preparation of minutes
• Data maintenance and task management in the digital asset and portfolio management software "Reamis"
• Development and implementation of property strategies to increase the value of the real estate in collaboration with the real estate portfolio management
• Coordination of structural conversion and renovation measures in cooperation with the internal development team and external architects
• Monitoring of real estate performance (vacancies, outstanding items, marketing)
• Monitoring of costs, adherence to budgets and review of loan applications
• Active participation in marketing strategy, purchase and sales mandates of real estate

Requirements

• Completed training in real estate management, real estate trustee or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management, preferably in the commercial real estate sector
• Deep understanding of legal aspects of real estate management (tenancy law)
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively represent the owner’s interests
• Experience in dealing with property management companies
• Proven negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of structural issues and renovations desirable
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Proficient use of MS Office programmes, industry software and digital affinity

• You contribute your own ideas and enjoy actively managing a demanding real estate portfolio

We offer you a challenging and varied role in a dynamic environment. You will work in a small, personal team with short decision-making paths and direct exchange. After an induction period, you will take over your own sub-portfolio and independently be responsible for its management and further development – with professional support from the internal team.
