Site Foreman Demolition & Excavation (m,f,d) 100%

Do you enjoy working on various construction sites, stand for quality and safety, and like to get stuck in yourself? Responsible action shapes your personal values and you are the first point of contact for your colleagues when it comes to doing a good job in line with customer expectations.

Your core responsibilities include the following interesting tasks:

• Independent organisation and management of construction sites
• Coordination of personnel and machinery
• Implementation of site manager instructions and active participation on site
• Monitoring of deadlines, safety, and work progress
• Preparation of daily and special reports
• Coordination with site management and other project stakeholders

To convince with your skills, you bring the following:

• Training in the main construction trade, ideally as a foreman/site foreman
• Practical experience in demolition, dismantling, earthworks is an advantage
• Experience in leading construction site teams
• Independent and solution-oriented working style; efficiency is important to you
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Driving licence category B required
