About the job

• Operational presence during day and night shifts: receiving and processing orders, stylish plating, and discreet delivery according to our quality standards
• Deputizing for the Room Service Manager during their absence, as well as supporting the leadership, motivation, and development of the approximately 10-member team
• Ensuring smooth processes, including special requests and feedback, as well as the highest service quality
• Close cooperation with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for a perfect guest journey
• Support with administrative tasks, ensuring hygiene standards, and organization behind the scenes

• Completed training in hospitality/catering or comparable experience in an upscale service environment
• Several years of professional experience in room service or F&B area of a luxury hotel
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in guiding and developing a team
• Hospitality qualities, discretion, and attention to detail
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, and a structured way of working – even during intense service phases
