Spitex Zimmerberg AG is a non-profit organisation responsible for the care, advice, support and assistance of people of various age groups who rely on external help due to health limitations. We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon and Langnau am Albis to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. Spitex Zimmerberg AG has around 160 employees spread over four locations and is thus one of the largest Spitex organisations in the canton of Zurich.
We are looking for you! To support our teams, we are looking for the following from 1 July 2026:
Nurse HF/FH for the Psychiatry Competence Centre 60-80%
Your tasks
- You apply your expertise specifically in outpatient psychiatric care
- As the case-leading nurse, you independently manage the entire care process of your clients and conduct needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH
- In close collaboration with relatives, doctors, clinics and other specialist agencies, you ensure holistic care
- Within the team, you represent your colleagues internally and externally and actively participate in committees of the Psychiatry Competence Centre
- Within our self-organised team, you take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the Psychiatry Competence Centre
Requirements
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry (ideally with ZSR number)
- Enjoyment of a varied working environment as well as independent, responsible working methods
- Responsibility for the entire care process of your clients
- Driving licence category B, ideally with own vehicle
