PRODUCTION MECHANIC WITH CNC MILLING EXPERIENCE IN DAY AND 2-SHIFT OPERATION (M/F/D)

Your tasks

In this role, you are primarily responsible for operating and working with the AluRanger vertical CNC machining centre and processing our façade products on it, taking into account customer requirements as well as compliance with process instructions and regulations. You hold a forklift licence, as you will bring the material for the order items to be processed to the machine yourself. You ensure the required quality and quantity for the AluRanger equipment and maintain active information exchange with the Avor/PPS department and internal sales for façades. Furthermore, you also process our other materials/products on various profile circular saws/band saws as well as panel circular saws. In all your activities, you operate the production data system via PC, correctly package the rigged goods, prepare the orders for the goods dispatch area, and are responsible for carrying out machine maintenance.

Your profile

You bring solid experience in metal processing, handling machines as well as measuring instruments. You have an independent and precise way of working and good practical PC user skills. Flexibility (also regarding our working hours in day operation/2-shift operation), good physical fitness, reliability, a sense of responsibility, and good communication skills in German (spoken and written) complete your profile.
