Responsible to identify, assess, manage, monitor and report non-financial risks and develop or implement risk management strategies to mitigate or manage identified risks.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Act as primary point of contact for all global and Head Office policies

Support all processes and matters related to policies lifecycle, including policies review and consultation

Provide guidance on the policy framework and tools to the international locations for the implementation of global minimum standards (GMS) and local policies

Global coordinator of the policy management database NAVEX and system maintenance/upgrades

Maintain and track the implementation of global policies across all Group locations and related communications

Consolidate input from international locations on GMS applicability and implementation for key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners and Senior Management

Manage the GMS deviation/non-applicability workflow tool and related processes

Support the roll-out and implementation of the GMS in newly established/acquired entities of the group

Support the team in managing the implementation & monitoring of the Internal Control as well as in performing Quality Assurance of key controls across Group
YOUR PROFILE
-
University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration or finance)
-
Min 5 years professional experience in the private banking business, preferably in Audit, Compliance, Risk or Control functions or with a management consulting firm with focus on Markets Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance topics. Experience in drafting and managing policy framework is an advantage

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Ability to stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude

Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills

Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Fluency in, German, French, Portuguese or any further language is an advantage

Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint
