Your Tasks
- Support of the institute management and the team in daily business
- Organisation of appointments, meetings and events
- Handling correspondence as well as telephone and email communication
- Maintenance of participant data and administrative documents
- Support in the planning and implementation of training courses
- General administrative tasks and office organisation
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a team assistant, office clerk or in office management desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organisational skills and structured working method
- Friendly demeanour and strong communication skills
- Independence, reliability and ability to work in a team
