Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For a successful Swiss company, we are looking for a committed individual who keeps an overview in finance and accounting and takes responsibility. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the correct handling of financial processes, support the financial statements, and competently assist internal and external contacts with financial queries.
Responsibilities:
You ensure correct and timely financial accounting
You independently manage the general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You contribute to monthly and annual financial statements
You monitor payment transactions and ensure smooth processing
You support budgeting and controlling tasks
You work closely with fiduciaries, auditors and other external contacts
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You have solid knowledge in independently managing financial accounting
You are proficient with MS Office and common digital tools and ideally have experience with Bexio
You are familiar with controlling and reporting or wish to develop further in these areas
You have very good German language skills
