To support our IT team, we are looking for you as a Analyst, IT Operations (a) for our Flex location in Hägglingen, Switzerland.

In this role, you report to the Head of IT and ensure that all operational processes & procedures, IT services, systems, and infrastructure meet business requirements.

Analyst, IT Operation 100% (a)

A typical day looks like this:

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures (LAN, WLAN, VLAN);
• Managing AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP servers;
• Monitoring and optimizing server and storage solutions;
• Scripting to automate processes and improve efficiency;
• Close collaboration with corporate IT in various areas to coordinate solutions and strategies;
• Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and best practices in all technical areas;
• Documenting system configurations and workflows;
• Participating in projects and collaborating with various teams within the company.

The experience we want to strengthen our team with:

• Completed education in IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification;
• Solid knowledge of network architectures and protocols (Cisco/Aruba);
• Experience with server and storage technologies (VMware);
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell);
• Teamwork and good communication skills;
• Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written;
• Willingness to be on call one weekend per month;
• Ability and willingness to act as a trainer for apprentices.
