Hours: max. 20 hours, working student

As a working student (m/f/d), you will become a true Personio expert, create clear structures in our digital personnel files and actively support us in the operational HR day-to-day business.
YOUR MISSION
Data cleanup: You are responsible for checking and completing existing digital personnel files in Personio.
Digitalisation: You support the transfer of physical or scattered documents into the system and ensure correct categorisation.
Data maintenance: You update master data and ensure that all employee profiles are up to date.
Quality assurance: You ensure compliance with document standards and data protection regulations (GDPR).
Process optimisation: You help to design processes in Personio so that they become more efficient for the entire team.
Operational HR support: You assist the team with daily HR tasks
YOUR ENERGISED PROFILE
Studies: Ongoing studies (business administration, economic psychology, humanities or similar courses with an HR focus).
IT affinity: You are not afraid of new software systems; ideally, you have already had initial contact with Personio or other HR tools.
Working style: You work conscientiously, love order and have an eye for details – every document is in the right place for you.
Discretion: Confidential handling of sensitive personnel data is absolutely natural for you.
Perseverance: You enjoy working through even extensive data sets in a structured manner.
