About the job

As part of our Mobile Teams Bern, you make an important contribution to the sustainable assurance of blood supply and help save lives. The varied activity with changing locations allows for diverse experiences and exciting encounters with different people.

What you can achieve

• You are responsible for the well-being of donors during the assessment of donation suitability, blood collection, and post-care
• You accompany donors during their visit, thereby providing them with a positive donation experience
• Through close cooperation with various contact points (Samaritan associations, changing teams, drivers), you contribute to a smooth process of the blood donation campaign

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the medical field (nurse FH/HF, paramedic, midwife or obstetrician) as well as great enthusiasm for phlebotomy
• An open, friendly and communicative personality
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of IT tools
• Enjoyment of meaningful work with irregular working hours (Monday to Friday) and changing workplaces
