About the job

We are looking for a maternity cover in the day clinic for adolescents in Glattbrugg starting 1 September 2026. There is also the possibility to extend the position in the outpatient clinic for adolescents and young adults in Glattbrugg from February 2027 and to increase the workload.

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of adolescents in the day clinic for adolescents and in the outpatient clinic for adolescents and young adults
• Integrative therapeutic work and implementation of advanced treatment concepts in an interprofessional team
• Assumption of medical duties at the ipw locations under the supervision of senior physicians
• Intensive networking work with follow-up caregivers and the patients’ support network in collaboration with psychologists
• Cooperation with private practitioners

Profile

• Enjoyment in working with adolescents in acute or complex life situations, their families and important reference persons
• Advanced specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills as well as good knowledge of German
• Team spirit, flexibility and openness to new approaches
• Swiss medical diploma or, for foreign diplomas, registration in the MEBEKO register
