Tasks

• You prepare and process contracts in the areas of real estate law, matrimonial property law, and inheritance law – both for third parties and for the City of Zug
• You competently advise our clients on legal transactions requiring notarisation
• You conduct public notarisations in the aforementioned legal areas as well as for advance directives, statutory declarations, and guarantees
• You issue official certifications and are the contact person for all notarial matters

Expectations

• A Zug lawyer’s licence or Zurich notary licence or an equivalent licence for public notarisation
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law, matrimonial property law, and inheritance law as well as experience in the notary and land registry fields
• You are characterised by an independent, efficient, and precise way of working and bring a high level of service and customer orientation
• You have solid IT user skills, excellent German language skills, and good English language skills
