• You can leverage your specialized knowledge and experience in a targeted way and actively support us in improving the processes of the care unit
• You contribute to ensuring that collaboration within the team takes place on an equal footing, constructively and interprofessionally
• You help implement our care unit concept and continuously develop it with us
• In collaboration with the interprofessional care team, you help stabilize patients and thus improve their quality of life

• You have completed training as a certified nurse ES/HES
• You can demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in a therapeutic center or a similar field
• You think in a goal- and people-oriented manner
• You handle stress well and enjoy meeting the challenges encountered in an acute psychiatry unit
