- You have completed training as a certified nurse ES/HES
- You can demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in a therapeutic center or a similar field
- You think in a goal- and people-oriented manner
- You handle stress well and enjoy meeting the challenges encountered in an acute psychiatry unit
