Plasterer, as Site Manager
Activities
- Independent management and coordination of construction sites in the plastering and drywall sector
- Planning and organisation of workflows
- Leadership and support of employees and subcontractors
- Schedule, cost and quality control
- Contact person for clients, architects and suppliers
- Measurement and billing
Requirements
- Completed training as plasterer, drywall installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as foreman, site foreman or site manager is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in plastering/drywall
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Leadership skills and organisational talent
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
