Health Specialist EFZ 50 – 100 %

• You accompany our residents, always with regard to their individual care needs and quality of life
• You regularly take on shift responsibility and keep an overview of the department
• You carry out and professionally document care and support measures; in addition, you specifically contribute your knowledge when classifying according to the RAI-/RUG system
• You competently perform medical-technical tasks, paying attention to care and safety

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe EFZ)
• Deep interest in the topic of Palliative Care
• You are an upbeat, empathetic personality with a team-oriented way of working
• Interest in optimising care processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
