BECOME PART OF THE ALBIRO FAMILY – For the accounting department, we are looking for a

Head of Accounting 80 - 100 % starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

In this central role, you will bear professional responsibility for the accounting of our three subsidiaries and the holding company, reporting directly to the CFO of the ALBIRO Group. You will lead a small team and ensure that our figures are accurate, processes function smoothly, and SAP not only manages numbers but also provides transparency.

What to expect

• You will take responsibility for the entire financial accounting of the ALBIRO Group
• You will lead and support a small team that assists you in your work
• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• You will be responsible for VAT
• You will work closely with the CFO of the ALBIRO Group and manage liquidity planning
• You will be responsible for collaboration and coordination regarding the audit of the individual companies
• You will develop processes and structures further and be responsible for central policies in your area
• You will work with SAP as the central financial system and ensure that our figures are accurately represented system-wise

What you bring

• A solid education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, OR, and VAT
• Extensive SAP experience in the finance module, ideally also in controlling
• Knowledge of French for close collaboration with our subsidiary in Western Switzerland
• Enjoyment in leading and developing a small team both professionally and personally
• Accuracy, personal responsibility, and a strong understanding of numbers and business contexts
• A pragmatic personality who thinks ahead, pitches in, takes responsibility, and is open to further development. We seek solutions, not problems
