Mode Bayard AG is a Swiss, nationally operating fashion company based in Bern. The company runs around 70 branches, mostly multi-label concepts under the name BAYARD CO LTD as well as some mono-label stores.

We are looking for you from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, 70%.

Your main tasks

• You actively serve and advise our discerning clientele.
• You share responsibility for excellent and distinctive visual merchandising.
• You handle goods with care and precision.
• Operating the till including closing tasks is part of your daily business.
• You assist with maintenance and tidying tasks.

• You are a sales talent with experience in the women's sector, always keeping the customer in focus.
• You are a customer-oriented and resilient personality with great commitment and a lot of flexibility.
• You have a flair for fashion trends, a well-groomed appearance, and an eye for attractive product presentation.
