About the job

The Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal provides the population of the associated municipalities Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg and Zell with inpatient and outpatient services according to the service mandate. This includes the care centres "Lindehus" in Turbenthal and "Im Spiegel" in Rikon, each for 50 residents, as well as the Spitex Mittleres Tösstal, which professionally cares for clients at home. The Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung employs around 250 staff and is thus one of the largest employers in the associated municipalities.

We are looking for a member for the Operations Committee by arrangement

Tasks of the Operations Committee
The Operations Committee is responsible for the political and strategic planning, management and supervision of the Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal. This includes, among other things:

• Development of the corporate strategy
• Planning of strategic multi-year goals
• Preparation of the budget for the delegates
• Professional and financial supervision of the operations
• Controlling and reporting to the delegates

What you bring
Your expertise lies in the areas of law, controlling, strategic management, care and/or support, or health and ageing policy. You think entrepreneurially, like to take responsibility and help us shape the future of the Zweckverband with your know-how. It is desirable that you live in one of the associated municipalities.
