Your Tasks

• InterRAI-HC needs assessments for both Spitex clients and caregiving relatives, including case responsibility
• Responsibility for implementing needs-oriented, appropriate, and professional care of clients at home, taking into account current and evidence-based care and treatment concepts
• Support of the Head of Nursing Service in professional/organisational areas, such as coordination & accompaniment of caregiving relatives
• Duty roster design and deployment planning
• Active deputy for the Head of Nursing Service

What you bring to the role

• Qualification as a registered nurse with a diploma recognised in Switzerland
• Experience in Spitex
• Very good Perigon user knowledge, valid driving licence category B
• Leadership training or willingness to undertake it
• Solid nursing expertise and interest in professional and personal development
• High social competence with commitment to constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration
• Independent and responsible working style
• Organisational skills and business understanding
