For the upkeep and maintenance of several buildings in our region, we are immediately or by arrangement seeking a reliable, motivated, and mobile person as:
Concierge / Maintenance Agent - Allrounder (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Cleaning of staircases, common areas, and basements – you keep the buildings and rubbish areas clean and well maintained.
Outdoor maintenance: mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and caring for the surroundings.
Minor repairs and simple maintenance of technical installations in the buildings.
Responsibility for several buildings in the region.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Proven experience in building cleaning or property maintenance. Training as a Cleaning Agent / Operations Agent (CFC) is an advantage but not mandatory – your experience, motivation, and quality of work are paramount!
Manual dexterity and technical understanding for minor repairs and interior and exterior maintenance work.
Category B driving licence essential.
Autonomy, structured working method, good physical condition, high reliability, and courteous behaviour towards tenants.
Fluency in French and/or German with good knowledge of the second language.
Ideal age: between 22 and 45 years.
