• Independent project management as well as active steering and controlling of schedules, costs and building qualities of representative construction projects
• Professional leadership and development of project managers in the project as well as support and management of internal and external project participants
• Assumption of diverse tasks in the areas of project management and controlling of complex new build and refurbishment projects
• Support in expanding client representation services
• Responsibility for preparing offers and negotiating contracts
• Maintenance of our key account customer base as well as expansion and acquisition of new customers

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager/client representative, including several years in Switzerland
• Willingness to travel depending on the project, mostly within Switzerland
• A network in the Swiss construction industry as well as sound knowledge of Swiss building standards and regulations
• Enjoyment of independent work and motivation to develop further
• Quick comprehension and analytical, interconnected thinking
• Solution-oriented and communicative personality
