As part of the international Camphill movement, the Humanushaus combines anthroposophical values with modern care and offers a loving and stimulating home to over 100 people in need of support.Our work is characterised by a respectful and appreciative togetherness. We accompany 12 predominantly elderly people in their final stage of life and learn together from the experiences and challenges of living together.

Your tasks
• Resident-oriented support and care in everyday life
• Relationship building with empathy, clarity and reliability
• Key worker duties
• Participation in organisational tasks
• Co-creation of a lively, structured residential community
• Taking responsibility in the team and further developing it
• Participation in internal processes, weekend duties and Pkittee deployments
What you bring
• Professional experience in the field of care and support or related areas
• Empathy, groundedness and authenticity
• Clarity in communication and action, even in difficult situations
• Willingness to reflect
• Enjoyment of working together and personal development
• Sense of responsibility and interest in sustainable relationships
