Your tasks:
Continuous further education is central in our working world. To ensure that continuing education offerings can be professionally planned and implemented, reliable and careful administration is required. This is where you come in: You will take on the administrative organisation and support of various continuing education formats. Among other things, the following tasks await you.
- Organisation and administrative handling of continuing education (from planning to implementation)
- Coordination and support of course instructors and participants
- Planning and execution of conferences at different locations
- Collaboration and further development of processes and offerings in the field of continuing education
- Flexible support of the team and general administrative tasks
Your profile:
You are a service-oriented, flexible personality with a good sense for different stakeholders. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate teamwork. Occasional assignments in the evenings or at weekends as part of events are no obstacle for you.
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent education – ideally experience in the education sector
- High service orientation and enjoyment of structured, precise work
- Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience, even in intense phases
- Experience in vocational or practical training as well as willingness to supervise apprentices complete your profile
