The tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a team of 5 to 10 warehouse employees
• Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free flow of goods from goods receipt to goods issue
• Planning, coordination and continuous optimisation of warehouse processes
• Responsibility for the correct recording and posting of all goods movements in the warehouse management system
• Monitoring and processing of goods receipts and goods issues
• Conducting and checking inventories and stock corrections
• Taking on administrative tasks in everyday warehouse operations
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements

The profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in professional and personnel management of employees
• Valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence is mandatory
• High social competence and strong communication skills
• Assertive personality with a hands-on mentality
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsible, flexible, resilient and reliable
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• English skills are an advantage
