Your new tasks

• You lead projects in the field of fire suppression systems and take responsibility for technical execution, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance
• In this context, you coordinate internal specialist departments, service technicians, planning partners, suppliers, and subcontractors and conduct project and construction meetings
• Building on this, you clarify technical questions with customers, specialist planners, and other project participants and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Additionally, you accompany commissioning, functional tests, and approvals and prepare the required project documentation
• Finally, you identify project deviations, process additional services and change orders, and support sales with technical clarifications and offer adjustments

Your talents and experience

• You have completed a technical basic education, for example in sanitation, heating, building technology, or plant engineering, or have a comparable qualification
• You have experience in managing technical projects, ideally in building technology, fire protection, or plant engineering
• You bring knowledge of sprinkler, high-pressure water mist, or gas extinguishing systems
• Ideally, you have a qualification as a specialist for water extinguishing systems VKF or are willing to acquire it
• You work in a structured and independent manner, communicate confidently with different project partners, and keep an eye on costs and deadlines
• You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
