Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy first-class and individual care at home
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives according to their individual needs
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- You contribute to preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Promoting the independence and quality of life of clients in their home environment
- You carry out comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments
- You instruct subordinate staff regarding nursing measures
- You take on administrative tasks within the scope of case management
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Consulting skills and ability to guide clients and staff
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- Independent, structured and efficient working style
- You are resilient and flexible
- You already have further training qualifications in the RAI-HC area or are willing to undertake further training promptly
