The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers medico-social services, social and professional assistance and integration services that meet the expectations and needs of the population.
Its mission is to promote home care, autonomy and social integration by providing personalised support in each situation and offering a comprehensive range of services.
With its 5 sites and nearly 550 employees, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey supports more than 5,700 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities of the region.
We are looking for our Sion site, a:
Nurse (60-100%)
Your mission
- You assess home care situations and act as a reference person by demonstrating leadership skills in care management situations.
- You provide nursing care and actively participate in the dynamics of your team.
Your profile
- Training in the field of care (Bachelor level or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience
- Adaptability, listening skills and autonomy
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to use common IT tools
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Knowledge of home care is an asset

Contract type: Permanent contract
Activity rate: between 60% and 100%
