HR Administrator
Would you like to bring your service orientation and administrative talent to our HR department? As an HR Administrator, you will take on a central role within our HR team.
Your future main tasks:
- You will be responsible for the administrative processing of all personnel changes.
- You will manage the time recording and personnel information system and support our employees and managers in its use.
- You will ensure correct notifications to social and personnel insurances, residence permits and electronic filing.
- As a practical trainer for our commercial apprentices in HR, you will make an important contribution to vocational training.
- You will support the HR team in administrative HR matters, in organising events and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
Your ideal qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with a Federal VET Diploma and initial professional experience in personnel administration.
- You impress with your good PC user skills and an analytical approach.
- You understand connections and are a reliable, thoughtful and straightforward person who identifies with our H-U-G values.
